Route from Shibuya Station (on foot)
1. Go out of the east exit of Shibuya station (Shibuya Hikarie side) and find the Shibuya Police Station on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.
2. From the front of the Shibuya Police Station, go uphill to the left, looking at Metropolitan Expressway on the left hand side.
3. Turn right at the second big intersection (Shibuya 2-chome intersection) and go down the slope. Then you will find the office on the 3rd floor of The Open House Building on the left.

FAQ
How does the travelling plan proceed?
You can proceed by uploading the application form or sending us an inquiry via e-mail, and we will put forward an itinerary design for you based your travel style and budget. Once your itinerary is settled, then we will check the price of your tour including accommodation, transportation and other services that will fit within your budget. We will then send you a formal proposal with all the elements of your tour and the per person price in Japanese Yen.
How should you officially entrust the tour?
After the itinerary is fixed, you have an opetion to pay your deposit to take the tour. Once your deposit is paid, we will formally make all the reservations for your tour. Then there may be some minor changes. 100% of the payment should be made BEFORE the tour arrives in Japan.
Is international air ticket from the overseas included?
We do not offer flights. You are free to use your preferred airline or flight agent, but we will happily advise on the best options for your trip.
What method of payment do you accept?
We basically request you to make a wired transfer in Japanese Yen for payments. Your credit card payment is also acceptable but please note that 5% credit card handling fees are required.
What currency are we expected to pay?
Due to our company regulation, we are always required to receive our tour fares from our overseas clients in our currency, JAPANESE YEN.
Can you sell me travel insurance?
We are not able to sell or arrange travel insurance, and one of the conditions under which we accept bookings is that our clients have bought travel insurance against medical and personal accident risk.
What happens if we need to cancel?
We will tell and show you the cancellation policy whenever the booking is made. If you need to cancel your trip with us, we will charge you according to that policy.
